AFRICAN CREATORS SUMMIT ANNOUNCES 3.0 EDITION WITH BOLD NEW THEME: “Building a Sustainable Ecosystem, Where Africa Trades Its SWAG
The African Creators Summit (ACS), Africa’s premier gathering for digital creators and creative industry leaders, is proud to officially unveil the theme for its 2026 edition: “Africa Trades its SWAG.”
Scheduled to take place on 29th of January 2026, the third edition of the summit will bring together Africa’s most influential content creators, media executives, creative entrepreneurs, tech innovators, brand leaders, and cultural stakeholders for two days of inspiration, collaboration, and groundbreaking conversations.
A Theme That Defines a New Era of African Creativity
The theme “ Building a Sustainable Ecosystem, Where Africa Trades Its SWAG” reflects a powerful shift in how Africa creates, exports, and monetizes culture.
SWAG, in this context, represents:
– Sound
– Walk
– Attire
– Grubs
From music to fashion, digital storytelling to tech innovation, Africa continues to shape global culture. ACS 3.0 will explore how creators can transform their unique “SWAG” into economic value, global influence, and sustainable creative businesses.
“Africa is no longer just consuming global culture — we are trading our creativity, exporting our identity, and shaping global narratives. ‘Africa Trades it’s SWAG’ celebrates the economic power of African creativity and the global demand it now commands,” said by Mr. Oladapo Adewunmi, Convener of the African Creators Summit.
